Hi, I’m Karla
In my first business, as a fitness coach, I worked extremely hard to build a big online community. Although I was passionate, I soon burned out.
This brought my methods into question... why was I working so hard? What was I trying to achieve?
Is it possible to be successful while making life easier?
I figured if I’m working for myself then I ought to create a business and lifestyle that I love.
It was also clear to me that my client's physical results were dependent on their mindset, so in 2021 I let go of my fitness business to step into mindset coaching and healing work.
Over the next 3 years I would leave behind hustle culture and focus on building something magnetic. I felt that true success meant people would be drawn to my work naturally, instead of me trying to chase clients.
I didn’t know it then, but my journey of ENERGETICS had begun.
Energy Shapes Everything
Over the years I have studied NLP (neural linguistic programming), trauma informed coaching, Human Design coaching, received business and spiritual mentorship and countless hours of personal study.
People can FEEL your energy (if they are conscious of it or not), so the more aligned you become, the more magnetic you become. Eventually things start to ‘snowball’ as your manifestations can be received with more ease and flow.
By shifting things INTERNALLY we can see massive changes externally.
By understanding reality creation I have radically changed my life.
I do work that I love and have even unlocked creative opportunities
I have been a Mentor for over 6 years and a Healer for over 4 years.
I have hosted long and short-term group programs exploring Abundance, Manifestation, Business Strategy, and Emotional Exploration.
I have supported private clients over 3 - 12month periods for deep trauma healing, reality creation and business growth.
I am host to Ecstatic Dances, Meditations, Movement and Creative Workshops, Intuitive Readings, Women's Circles, corporate events and more.
And Cosmic Batter, my podcast which I launched in 2023.
In 2024 competing in the Your Shot DJ competition, getting gigs in venues across Melbourne and even learning music production.
My sessions encompass emotional and spiritual healing, combining all I have learned and embodied with the guidance of the Divine.
I embody everything that I teach, having been to the depths in my own healing and continuing to transform my life.
